South Carolina Lions do their best to put the Lion motto, "We Serve," into practice. South Carolina
Lions Charitable Services (SCLCS) operates the Mobile Health Screening Unit, pictured above.
This unit travels throughout the state. Sponsoring Lions clubs organize visits to their communities,
and they provide volunteers to operate the unit under supervision of the SCLCS full-time operator.
Visits last three days.

Anyone can receive a free health screening by visiting the unit when it is in
their area. The free service includes testing visual acuity, hearing, blood pressure, pulse rate, and
